Crystal Hotel - Amman

The room I had was really quiet and the bed was super comfortable. the staff here are so nice and polite, they keep everything quite clean, which is awesome! 😊

The room was kept clean and available with comfortable bed. The location was great in the heart of the city.

The staff we met were not professional.

The hotel was placed in the very central location very close to everything. There was cafe Almawardi cafe, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the property. Breakfast even for vegetarians.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean & spacious room, good breakfast, great value for money, nearby dining options.

Nothing is perfect.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the attention to detail was remarkable. The room was beautifully decorated with nice bathrooms and a comfortable bed. I was pleasantly surprised to find a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the value for money, with breakfast included even for vegetarians. Moreover, the hotel's location in a very good neighborhood was perfect for sightseeing and shopping.

I spent my Christmas holiday in this hotel and I must say it was a delightful experience. the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. the location was perfect as I had easy access to many restaurants and shops. the room was also very clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. the breakfast provided was delicious and varied, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from.

There were a few drawbacks that somewhat dampened my experience. the noise level was quite high as the soundproofing could use some improvement.

My pleasant surprise at Crystal Hotel was the fantastic room I was given. The big beds, cable TV, and nice bathroom made my stay comfortable. The staff was also very helpful, especially the lady at the reception desk who assisted me in arranging transportation to various attractions. I had an awesome experience at this hotel. This hotel in Al Rabieh area in Amman is a hidden gem. The value for money is incredible, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff go above and beyond, providing excellent service and making you feel at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with big beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The high spec bathrooms are a pleasant surprise, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. And the breakfast, included in the price, offers a variety of options for vegetarians.

Located in a small, cozy alley, this hotel is close to bustling shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful in relocating missing luggage. However, it is situated near a loud cafe, which can be noisy at times. The room was comfortable with a clean and spacious bathroom. A nice breakfast was provided during our stay, which helped us start our day refreshed. The hotel offered free parking under the building and free internet connection.

The hotel lacked an elevator, and guests may need to carry their own luggage.
